Member’s exhibitions in 2016

Droitwich Arts Network members have an opportunity to exhibit their works in several venues across the town. It is possible to show artworks throughout the year at the Droitwich Library (limited space at ‘DAN table’ on the Library’s ground floor), Park’s Cafe (an excellent space for solo exhibitions that accomodates approx. 10 artworks, medium size), The Button Tree Cafe (the corner of the Cafe can accomodate approx. 8 medium size artworks) , the Old Library, Gardeners Arms…

Christmas windows in High Street

It is already a Christmas tradition to have DAN members displaying their paintings in High Street shop windows. This year several artists have decided to show their works.

A big thank to all artist for helping in Droitwich Arts Network promotion and making the art visible in town.

SAA World Record Art Challenge

SAA World Record Art Challenge

Seven members of the Droitwich Art Society (DAS) has entered 32 original works of art for this challenge (see picture) which aims to get the nation painting. At the December meeting entries were completed, and during refreshments everybody took part in an Art Quiz.

The DAS meets the first Tuesday of the month 6.30 to 9.30 starting in February 2016 at Rotary House, new members are very welcome.
