Wildlife and landscape photography evening with Mark Hamblin

Droitwich Camera Club is delighted to announce that the freelance nature photographer, writer and guide Mark Hamblin will be giving a lecture at Droitwich High School on Saturday, 25th March 2017, 7pm. The lecture is titled “Wild Scotland: A Photographic Odyssey”.

Fashion Show evening in pictures

Charity Fashion Show event in M&Co shop in Droitwich was a success and will be well remembered to all who were there. A lot of fun, laughter and a positive energy was brought up by models and visitors who equally enjoyed the evening.

Fashion show to raise funds for DAN

ticket30On  Wednesday, 12 October the charity fashion show will be held at the M&Co clothing shop in St Andrews Shopping centre in Droitwich. The event has an aim to raise funds for Droitwich Arts Network in which way future cultural and artistic activities of the network will be supported.

As DAN is a hub for local professional and amateur artists, these funds will be used in organising ArtsFest in 2017, as well ongoing projects. It is crucial to maintain the calendar rich with various events throughout the year, and it is possible only with the support of DAN members and the public.

The fashion show starts on Wednesday at 6.30pm and the tickets can be purchased in the M&Co shop or the Meetbox. Ticket price is £5. Tickets must be presented at the entrance.

Drinks and snacks will be provided, as well as the raffle (£1 per ticket) with lots of interesting prizes.

DCC Flier 2016-17 New SeasonDroitwich Camera Club starts a new season on Monday, 5 September 2016 with a free Open Evening, at The Barn, New Chawson Lane, Droitwich, WR9 0BA, at 8pm.

Droitwich Camera Club has plenty to offer the novice or the more experienced photographer and caters for both film and digital users. As a Club, we like to support and help to improve our members’ work and photographic skills.

Droitwich Camera Club has a varied programme of events, competitions and speakers throughout the year.
